I requested a cable drop through my attic for a local internet carrier to use to install broadband internet service in my home. The internet company did not go into my attic. 2 Techs from TTS arrived who had no idea what to do or what the well know internet co. would need. They worked for 2 hrs running cable through my attic/dropping down thru the walls to outlet plates they installed. The techs were very polite, & respectful of not tracking dirt into my home. A few days later the internet co. returned to find that they were unable to use any of what the techs from TTS did. He removed the connection next to the computer, & went with a different set-up, got into the attic and completely re-ran the cable/dropped it down thru a different wall so it could be accessed via the existing box outside of the house. He worked another 2 hrs to get me setup. I called a manager at TTS who apologized but did not offer to refund any money. Did I mentioned I was charged $360 for nothing? Unhappy!
