This has got to be one of the most unprofessional and rude companies I have ever almost done business with. I would not recommend them to anyone. My husband and I are building a house and maybe because we are young, I'm not exactly sure, they ignored us at the store and made joking comments about not being able to help us. Once someone finally acknowleged us he pointed down the hall and said you need to talk to her in that office after waiting about 20 minutes for someone to speak to us. They helped plumbing company owners a head of us as though we were not as important as them. When we walked down there the lady had a customer. No one knew anything about any brands and they continued to sit on the phone and /or sit and talk to one another and not pay us any mind. My husband and I finally just walked out. Please do not do business with them. Thank you
