The brands are all manufactured here in Hughson California. Valley Tool & Mfg was founded in 1964 by Ernest, Fred and Doris Brenda. Originally, the main focus was on precision tool sharpening but during the past 45 years, Fred has expanded the manufacturing company into a commercial, industrial, real estate and retail organization serving the Central Valley area of California. Valley Tool and Manufacturing is the leading manufacturer of Vrisimo flail mowers, shredders and Windmill Sprayers. Our customers continue to expect high quality equipment that will last for generations. RockHound Attachments also has a 40 year history and is the creator of the Original RockHound Landscape Rake. Today RockHound Attachments features many quality skid steer attachments, excavator attachments, flail mowers and shredders.
