21 years ago we had Kroll Furnace install our new furnace and air conditioner. We have used their service contract every year. This year we had them replace our furnace and air conditioner. We always have been satisfied with their service. The men that came out last week were very polite and professional. They were on time and completed the job in a timely matter. Left our house very clean. Thanks for all the years of service.

After moving to the area Kroll Furnace was recommended to me by my neighbors and co-workers. It turned out that the home we bought was in need of a new furnace, Kroll was great and got it in right away since winter was fast approaching. The guys who came to our house were awesome, they'll be doing the maintenance on our furnace for sure.

I spent over week obtaining quotes for a new furnace nd A/C system. I could not beat the customer service I received from the owner when he gave me the quote. His knowledge was above the others that stopped by. The office staff was extremely friendly and personable. The installers were awesome. I tried to stay out of there way, but being nosey I peeked in a few times and they were more than happy to take a moment to explain what they were doing. The clean up was great. Of course after the system was installed I heard from several people how they bought a system from Kroll and they received the same great product and personal/professional service. Hats off to Greg Kroll and his team of professionals.

We needed to replace an 18-yr-old furnace and AC. from the visit to assess what was needed and to give a very fair estimate of the cost to the clean, efficient, and quick installation, we have been very pleased. we are enjoying the quiet running unit and feel that Kroll Furnace gave a very good service for our need.

we just had kroll furnace install a new furnace,and i am very happy with the service we got.from explaining the different options in furnace /ac units,to the quick install with care that they showed to our floors by covering the path to the basement.and when they were done they called me,to help with the paperwork for the rebates and sent them in for me.they were great.
