I see PA Amy Boone and she is so nice and friendly. She really listens to you and tries to help you. All of the office staff are very friendly and professional. I am so glad they are there to help me. Thank you!

I Took my children out of that place and myself a few years ago. Now I have already switched doctors for my husband today. I feel the receptionist are very rude and in my opinion that place is money hungry! My husband was seen two days ago and was told he has broncutis and the start of an ear infection. A day and a half later his ear drum burst ( the ear that looked "fine"). So when I called them up they say we will put him on a stronger antibiotic, when talking to the nurse she says " I remember him and I thought it was weird they put him on such a weak antibiotic". Yet if I wanted him to be seen again we would need to pay for another office visit. I explained we did not have the funds to pay for another visit, being that we already paid for a visit 2 days ago. The nurse was very rude and told me basically to bad if you don't come back in. This is why i pulled my son out 3 years ago when I had to pay for 3 office visits in 2 weeks, because the doctor couldn't figure out the poor kid had pneumonia.
