      The Flame Center delivered an unsatisfactory experience. Delayed installation and gas hook up caused delays in inspections and getting our occupancy permit. Failed to install gas fp correctly and therefore trim that we paid extra for doesn't fit overtop of flooring. Will not return calls on solving issues

      The FLAME CENTER is the place to go with your fireplace problems. To say that Mike and the rest of the crew are good at what they do would be an understatement, they are great at what they do. We stopped at the FLAME CENTER to see about repairing our wood burning fireplace, but after talking to Mike we had them install a new gas fireplace. The old fireplace was a nice looking place in our living room now it is the focal point that it should be. FLAME CENTER sent Steve "the tile guy" to install the new tile around the fireplace. He did a great job. This business did exactly what they said they would do and exactly when they said they would do it. Very refreshing.

      The service and selection at the Flame Center is very good. The Flame Center has gone above my expectations with the quality of service from the show room to the instalation crew. The products that the Flame Center sells is nothing but the top quality. My experiance with my new wood stove is and dealing with the Flame Center was extreamly good. I would reconmend the Flame Center to anyone who has a in house alternative energy heat sourse.
