Never been Herr without a wait. And I dont mean 10 minutes i mean a half hour or an hour. They advertise really low Botox prices but when you go you might not even get botox. Prices are not clear and are not conveyed clearly. Don't bother.

I got Dysport injections here and they did not work well. I had the same amount of units done at Rejuvenate in Woodbury and they worked beautifully. I called around and this spa has had many of the same complaints. Laurie will lure you in with the discounts but then you don't get amount that they say you are getting, so you need to buy more. Not really a discount and I don't appreciate the dishonesty. I have contacted them twice and there is no response. I wouldn't trust them.
