So I have typical shop I go to for my routine maintenance. I received a "gift certificate" for their shop from them for my birthday. So I thought what the heck I will give it a try. They are open until 6pm Mon-Fri. I asked how long it would take for oil change and tire rotation. 1 hour was the response. I asked for a 5pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. He said he would not do it; 4pm. I explained I come from the west side of the twin cities and couldn't be there by 4. Then he said 4:30. I said I would try for that time but couldn't say exactly 4:30 bearing in mind traffic but would make it as close to that as possible. He then told me there was no way that was going to happen. He was extremely rude and condescending. I informed him he was making very difficult for a person to want to come back to his place for services in the future if he was unwilling to be accommodating especially when I was asking for a time to have the work done during his business hours. BEWARE!!!
