      Mike Ellefson and Tim Mahedy teach the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class they are excellent instructors who really drive home the importance of excellent technique, I really encourage anyone in the Wisconsin/Minnesota area who is looking for BJJ class for themselves or their children to go check these guys out!!!
