ABOUT ERICSince 2001, I have been helping individuals and families across the Twin Cities metro area with their home financing needs. Much has changed in the mortgage industry over the years. Today, it's imperative for a mortgage banker to have the underwriting experience and knowledge to help a customer successfully navigate the loan approval stage of the process. Much of that success relies on effective consultation at the time of application. My experience as a former underwriter and a loan originator allow me to better educate and execute for my clients during application, approval, and closing.
