Terrible customer service and slow turnaround - owner does not seem to care about customers. Waited 15 minutes while watched owner talk about movies to another 'techie' that was at his shop. Assistant finally came over. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for part to come in, just to find out that they could not get the part (no alert that the part was out of stock-found out by calling for status). I had to order the part and hand deliver to the store for installation. LOOK OTHER PLACES.
