Providing balance with psychotherapy with a focus on integrative nutrition for adults throughout MN and WI in-person or telehealth located in downtown Hudson along the St Croix River. I focus my time with clients on decreasing, stabilizing, and managing mental health and emotional struggles you are being challenged by. I always take a person-centered approach as I believe my client is the expert of themselves.
