Great Lakes Baking Company is an artisan bakery located in the picturesque village of Hudson. Since 1998 the shop has produced a variety of freshly baked breads, scones, muffins, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, rolls, home style and decorative cookies. All products are made from scratch with no preservatives.
