Worst place and customer service ever. They left a notice at my door saying it was there 2nd attempt to deliver something to me and I wasn't home and if I'm not home tomorrow I wouldn't get my package. Then tell me only time they can deliver it is at 10am and no later to Catskill, NY. I've lived here 9 years and packages always been just left at door, but now they say they won't leave it and just to deliver it somewhere else it'll cost me 6 bucks. 1st off why did I get no notice the 1st day they came, 2nd why can't they deliver it later in day when I'm not working when I see UPS trucks every single day in Catskill after 10am? They tell me to get my packages I have to go to Hudson to get them. This is so rediculous. I don't drive so how the hell am I supposed to get to Hudson. I can't just miss work for there convienenence. If I say leave package at my door then leave it.....it's my damn package! So pissed!

Very very upset Iived in the same address for 16 years and their delivery service is extremely poor also the staff is very rude and disrespectful I can't believe the customer service I receive from them but I will not stop at just posting a review their corporate office will hear from me and know how upset I am with the local branch

UPS Very frustrating, time consuming experience. I've lived in the same house for 13 years, and they consistently claim they cannot deliver a package.

Over 8 minuet wait...Very hard to get to a live operater. Frustrating, would suggest better customer service.
