I purchased an underground propane tank and had it filled. I had First Fuel come back and install 2 regulators at $79.00 each and to run 25 ft of plastic tubing from the tank to the furnace, was quoted $180.00for the job. When I looked at my CC charge on line I was billed for $474.01. I was not called and told that the charge was much higher than my quoted amount, I was charged $85.00 for travel, never told of a charge for that. The FF driver just laid down a 25 ft piece of yellow plastic and left. I still don't have regulators, but First Fuel has charged my CC. I was very disappointed in the service and after spending over $4,400.00 for a tank/propane I expected to be treated much better. I would not recommend this company.
