i.e., A locaI had these guys in for some boiler/burner repairs. While knowledgeable in plumbing they do not know what they are doing regarding burners. They actually opened up the gasket while the tank was still full! Needless to say water gushed out and spilled onto all of the electrical components of the burner. This was after i had continually warned them to be careful not to get the components wet. I had to call in another company to fix everything and am out $500 in parts and labor...total unnecessary. They will not stand behind their egregious mistake and will not pay for these maneuvers. Buyer beware.

Best plumber and business professionals I've known in a long time. Have worked with father and son both residential and commercial. Just referred them to a co-worker.
