Extremely responsive quick and easy thaw of some frozen pipes. Highly recommend!!

Unresponsive to calls and messages. Took multiple tries to set up an appointment, upon which they needed to order a part. Came back twice with wrong part, then did a hack job patch that didn't work. Had to come back and 'fix' it, while still leaving the wrong part installed. Have tries calling multiple times, was told they're ordering the right part but never got them to come back. Avoid like the plague!
