I brought my car into Precision Auto Repair in late May for the first time to get my car's A/C looked at and repaired. I was introduced to the owner, Lou, and after about an hour of waiting in the waiting area without getting an estimate for the service, he told me he found a bunch of leaks coming from my A/C's compressor. Essentially, Lou told me that he removed my car's old refridgerant, vacuum pumped the system, refilled the system with new refridgerant, and then tested the system. After completing the work, Lou showed me the cool air coming out of my A/C vent on full blast, and I was convinced that he fixed the problem. Before leaving that day, Lou went through the invoice with me and charged me $99 to "fix" my issue. The next day was a hot day and so I tested the A/C to find to my dismay that it blew out HOT air when I turned the knob to full blast on the coldest setting. Although Lou took the time to check for leaks and assess the problem with my A/C, I am extremely disappointed with Lou's lack of honesty and don't believe he actually replaced my system with new refridgerant. When I called back the next day to tell him my A/C was still broken, he didn't offer an apology or a reimbursement of any type & told me to schedule another appointment to bring my car back in for further inspection. After careful thought, I cancelled my appointment and realized I had gotten ripped off initially and taken advantage of. So long story short, I will never bring my Toyota into Precision Auto again and DO NOT recommend this shady auto repair shop to anyone.

Lou is the man! I broke down on the highway and just barely made it to Lou's shop. He fixed my truck pretty quickly and even charged me less than he estimated. Good honest guy!

fantastic service! Lou knows what he's doing. Thank god Hudson has him... finally!

This is a new repair shop for us as recently moved to this area. Lou has done work on both of our vehicles, one by appointment and the other an emergency and both time have been satisfied with his work. Also asked him if he would change the oil in my bike even though it's not a bike shop, we're bringing it in next week. Will continue to use him.
