I got recommended Giggi's Bridal by a friend and I'm so glad I did. Giggi's Bridal was my first stop and after going to three other stores, I ended up right back there!

Nothing but good things to say! Giggi is fun, caring, and very patient. The store was silent and I loved having so much attention!

I'm not sure where to start. My experience at Giggi's Bridal was surreal. I've been to 6 different stores looking for the perfect dress and I wish I just started here! The dress selection is incredible and the service is remarkable.

Giggi's bridal shop is so beautiful. I felt relaxed and stress free during my whole experience there. We got our bridesmaid dresses, tuxes and mother dresses there! They do it all and it is so convenient!

From the moment I walked in the door at Giggis, I felt cared for, listened to, and beautiful. I never once get pressured or rushed. Overall, the salon was beautiful, clean, and welcoming.

I choose Giggis because it's in my home town, so I drove 2 hours back home to go wedding dress shopping! I had seen a Facebook sale for off the rack dresses for $500 or under. The selection was good, I tried on 4-5 dresses. Loved two of them and Giggi did not rush me, she let me keep trying on the last two dresses that I was in between. She made me feel like I was the only client in the shop and made me feel comfortable. After choosing my dress she brought out champagne and we celebrated. It was a great experience and I would recommended any bride to head on over!

After seeing many review and picture online. I decided to come here to try on my wedding dress. First, I was impressed on the services and time Phuoa has given me, she listen to my need and want and not that she delivered she over perform it. The dress itself is good quality and many to choose from, the shop has great staff and services and the prices are affordable. Thank you gigi for the wonderful services and experience. I loved my experience at Gigi's from start to end. I am a plus size bride and wanted to have a designer gown just like everyone else, but I refuse to spend a thousand dollars on a dress that I can't even try on!

I did some online research and found that Gigi's has plus size gowns. I drove all the way from Portland Maine and I am so glad that I did! My cousin got married last year so I have been in at least 10 bridal stores from Maine to Mass, but Gigi's is by far the best.

There is a bridal suite in the back of the shop which has a couch for your friends and a platform for you to stand on. Gigi will take a look at your figure and actually pick out the dresses that will look best on you. The first one she put on me made me cry because it was so beautiful. I said this is it and she said lets try on some others to make sure. She put me in some stunning gowns, but I still liked the first one best. When she put me in that dress again, I cried again. And she said, "honey, that's your dress." She was right! She asked me if I say yes to the dress and I did! When you say yes to your dress she does something truly special but I don't want to ruin it for you.

I had gone to other bridal stores and felt like I was just a time slot, not special. When I went to Gigi's I was treated like a celebrity and I could tell that Gigi wanted to make sure I had a dress that I loved. I am not a particularly touchy feely person, but I had to hug that woman before I left because I was so happy with her service!

I will always cherish my experience with her.

Excellent customer service. Giggi and her husband are absolute sweethearts. She took the time to really help in in and out of dresses, suggest belts etc. Really fantastic. They're apparently extending their shop, moving into the space next door

The front of the store has all the bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, prom and event dresses and the mother of the bride dresses. She also offers shoes and has some on display in the front too, along with jewelry.

She keeps the wedding dresses in the back room, which is beautifully decorated (and organized) and has a raised circular platform you can stand on in front of a huge mirror to check out your dress from every angle. You have to take off your shoes before you go to the back so you don't track dirt into that room and possibly stain the dresses. She takes very good care of the dresses, and it definitely shows. There is also a private dressing room where you put the dress on before you go into the back room to show all your friends and family.

Let me say, I have been to many dress shops (8 in one week once), and by far, Giggi's has been the best.

It is the best kept bridal shop I have been to. VERY clean and organized.

Between a blizzard the day before my appointment, family not being able to travel to my appt. due to weather, and the nerves of "what if I don't find something"; I was very anxious going into my appointment.

From the second we walked in Giggi (and her team) made the process so fun and easy for us! I was able to put my nerves aside and enjoy the process of finding my beautiful dress. I really did feel like a princess for the day!

It took a few maybes and "let's go back to that one!"; but the moment she pulled the dress from her private collection and I put it on--I knew instantly! That was the one.

Giggi's Bridal is absolutely beautiful! We bought my oldest daughters wedding gown there. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! My daughters gown was beautiful. We also bought the bridesmaid dresses here as well as my dress. They all were beautiful. Now my youngest daughter is getting married, so we went right back to Giggi's again. Giggi helped my daughter find the perfect dress. We went back for bridesmaid dresses and Vanessa was great and also very helpful. When we came back to make a final decision Giggi was awesome and pulled the wedding gown and the bridesmaid dress again so we could see them together to be sure pf our final decision. she has been very patient and understanding of how important it is to my daughter for the dresses to be just right!
