We had Juniper Farms install a central AC unit ...buyer beware....less than 24 months later the company will not service or work with me on the warranty from Thermo-pride. You are taking a chance dealing with this "company"...Good luck - there are many other much more professional companies out there....... hack job by them - the ac freon line near evaporator going into sheet metal touch/rubs ...nice work

I had a contrack for 1000 gal. at a price in wich they are not doing, They lie and cheat just to get your bussness under fals pretinses. They do not say or stand by there contrack if it don't sute them, it seams they make up the rules as the contrack gose along for the term. They say one thang but do another. I WILL NOT REC. THM FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DO A BUDGET WITH THEM. They are lier's and cheat's and cant trust anythang they say or do. We have been using Juniper Farms for several years and their service, attitude, etc.has always been exception. We live on a very steep hill, and they, true to their word,has always delivered. Regardless of the conditions. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a very poor experience with this company. Last year I purchased a house and was looking for a company that would provide service for my burnham furnace. I called this company to ask if they would provide oil service without a service contract, I was told this would be no problem the cost would be about $135. I set up the nearest appointment, which was mid November. While this was awhile to wait, it was expected given the heavy demand this time of year. I planned ahead and took that date off so that I could be there when they arrived. I waited all day without a phone call, and then decided to call the company to see if maybe the serviceman had gotten lost. They simply said do you buy oil from us? why don't you buy oil from us. Sorry they canceled because you don't buy oil from us. This went on for awhile on the phone and they said they would "look into" whether they would provide service after talking to the manager. I never got a call back. Terrible Customer Service!!!
