They're fine if you can drop off your recycling. However, if you need them to pick up anything, they're useless. I had a 32" tube tv weighing over 150 lbs. I needed them to pick up as there was no way for me to bring it to them. Twice I took a day off and, despite their assurances that they would definitely show up, twice I wasted my time sitting at home all day waiting for them. Both times they were a no-show, with no phone call or email me to let me know they couldn't come.

I used them for a fairly large pick up of old computer equipment and they were fantastic. Very professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and saved me tons of worry. Thanks to you all.

These guys are awesome, they have some great stuff really cheap and great computer repairs.
