I have had this water system for almost a years it does NOT get your ice cubes clear and I have had problems with it every since I had the unit installed I would check out a different system before ordering this system plus there is always something that cost extra every 6 months or less

I could not agree more with the review I read. The customer service and basic knowledge of the system by the employees at victory first rates less than zero.

I RATE A ZERO STAR The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I called the 20th of June this is when the manger told me they don't service our community for salt service. She very rudely said the salesman told me this at the time I bought it and it is cheaper to buy my own salt than to have the company come out and fill it. I informed her the sales man never said this to us or we would have never bought a product we can't get serviced in our own community and if I wanted to buy my own salt I would have just went to Lowes or Home Depot and bought a much cheaper softener. DO NOT buy a water conditioner from this company (Victory First) unless you want to be treated rudely and lied to, and quite frankly I feel scammed. The manager, knows nothing about customer service, how to run an office, or how to conduct a business properly. I have a problem with this business because it did not follow through with it's service agreement
