Rotech has been fraudulently billing my parents health insurance company for oxygen equipment returned in 10/2017. I asked for a manager to contact me 2 day ago. No response. The fraudulent bill is for $400.00. Shame on this company for treating their elderly clients in an unprofessional manner. No surprise customer ratings are negative.

I called around 10:30/11 am & they kept giving me the run around. I kept calling over & over. I had a complaint & the nice man on the phone gave me the office #, no one would still order.

They said it'd be about 100$ to plug up everything (for my father). Finally after 4 1/2 hrs, someone called my dad (@ 3:45) to say someone would be there around 7-9 pm.

They kept him weezing & panting all damn day...



I won't ever suggest (or use) this place again.
