The guys at Ono's are fantastic. They have worked on several of my vehicles and have always been very straightforward with me. I never once felt like I was getting overcharged or taken advantage of. The work is done quickly and done right the first time. Don't waste your time or money going to any of the other repair shops in Jacksonville. It's well worth the extra time driving out of Jacksonville to deal with the guys at Ono's.
