The staff at Animed were so helpful with an last minute well check up appointment and to make sure our dog had all required vaccines.

The staff are now apart of my family. My Lilly has been taken care of like it was one of their own pets or children. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are.

I had to take my moms dog in for all shots needed to put her dog in boarding. The first vets assistant helping me didn't know and had to ask another vets assistant which shots. They debated for about ten minutes before they decided that I needed three and which three I needed. They board pets too so they should know right? Well when I took my moms shiatsu in for boarding the next day they told me I also needed the distemper which was never mentioned. Well when I called to ask if I could just bring in the pet to get that shot, they told me that they had offered it to me and I had declined it. I don't know why I would have declined it since I didn't know what shots I needed to begin with. They wanted to charge me for another office visit which I didn't think was right since I was just there the day before. When I stated that, the manager told me that if it was a problem then she had three girls there who would write a sworn statement saying that they had offered it to me. I didn't realize it was that big of a thing for sworn statements. I also didn't realize that I needed to bring in six other people to verify what was said and what wasn't. I just wanted to go in get the shot and pay for it, I didn't need her checked out for 32 dollars two days in a row. After 30 minutes of debating on the phone with them, about wether I had declined it or not, they insisted since they had more people (the amount went up several times) saying I declined it then what I had saying that I didn't, then I would have to pay for the office call. They said I could bring her in and they would do it but I had to pay the office visit also. I was an hour late for when I was supposed to be leaving town so I said fine, but by time I got there I was extremely
