Today my husband and I went in to rent a storage unit and wasn't sure about the unprorated rent. I would've been paying $500 for a month. Because they don't prorate. I asked why and Joe was unwelcoming and the rudest person I've dealt with. He said if we didn't like it don't rent here there are many people looking for these units. Apparently that gives you the right to act like a jack wagon. I asked him why he was so unprofessional and rude he would not respond. Needless to say we will never use their facility nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
