My business partner and I were interested in getting a professional outsiders opinion on various ideas and visions for our restaurant. We looked locally and found Service 23, thinking that 14 yrs. in the business meant schooling/degree in the profession with background and knowledge in every aspect--NOT A WAITRESS FOR 14 YEARS and that being her only experience in the biz. What a waste of time in reading the website to the conversation. False advertisement that anyone could see right through in conversation.
