Crazy! I made a 5 o clock appointment for tires. I arrived at 4 45. I sat there until 5 30 while there were three empty bays and the guys were outside smoking.at least 5. I did not get out of there until after 7.

Never again.

I had this store perform a simple tire installation. They messed up installation of one of my tires and my tire was leaking. I was forced to put on my spare tire. Then the service advisor scheduled me for a repair on a day when the TPMS tire mechanic was off. I took time off of work for no reason. I won't ever come back to this store since they couldn't perform such a simple task correctly the first time, and the service advisor didn't bother to look at the mechanic's schedule before scheduling my repair.

Pep boys told me my car was fixed and it broke down on the way home! This was after the first time they told me it was fixed and when I got there it wouldn't start. They could not fix it and I had to take it somewhere else. It turned out that all I needed was a new alternator. No one knows what the hell is going on over there. A friend of mine also told me that she bought tires from there and when she went somewhere else to get her ac fixed (which was working fine before she brought it to pep) they told her they didn't even give her new tires. Pep boys breaks things in your car so that you have to go back and spend more money. And on top of all that they're rude! YOU WILL REGRET TAKING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
