General Info

Sangita Nagpal, MD, FAAP has over 30 years of medical experience and has been in a New Jersey private practice since 1987. Also, Dr. Nagpal is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Nagpal received her medical degree from the University of Delhi, India. She emigrated to the USA in 1981 and did a research fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Dallas, TX. She completed her pediatric residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. In her final year of residency, Dr. Nagpal become the Chief Resident. Dr. Sangita Nagpal enjoys practicing yoga, is an avid reader and is fluent in English and Hindi and loves to travel with her family. She has a keen interest in nutrition and a holistic approach to life and medicine. Lastly, Dr. Nagpal is married and has two grown sons and two grandsons.
