This appraisal company fails to take time to do an accurate appraisal costing the homeowner and at the same time costing the county due to a decrease in tax revenue for the county, in turn hurting everyone. This appraiser didnt know the difference between poured concree walls and block concrete walls. He didnt know the difference between pergo flooring and vinyl flooring. He then also failed to ask any questions since he didnt know the difference between oak box cabinets and oak customised cabinets I know that as a howoner you dont get to choice your appraiser but if your invloved in a divorce action or legal action and have a say be sure to reject his one.
