I would like to thank Davin for setting up my bow an taking time with me to make sure everything was satisfactory.

This is the only bowshop in Houston that i take my Bowtech to. I've been going there since they opened and know Glenn and Darren pretty well now. Great guys that know what they are doing. I've referred several of my bowhunting buddies to them and they've all been really happy with the experience.

Wow, what a new standard in customer service!

we came in with our daughter's new bow ... Needing new arrows to replace the three "toys" shipped with the unit.



Since we were ignorant on the subject, we threw ourselves on the mercy of the sales personnel ... A practice we usually don't trust ...



We just thought we were lucky when Rick suggested a reasonably priced set of arrows and quickly set about cutting them to length.

But then while waiting we ran into Darren and asked some questions about my daughter's shooting style ... (Here comes the wow) what a godsend.



Darren was so patient and knowledgable - without the typical condescending tone - he offered a few small investments in gear and setup services but offered many great tutorial tips to improve my daughters accuracy. Then accompanied us to the range to help put the suggestions into practice and help site in the bow.

I take archery lessons there, I have the best coach, they have the nicest staff and I love it!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences dealing with WHA. Glenn and Co. always go out of their way to take care of all of my family's archery needs. My husband and I have purchased 3 bows from them over the last 18 months all all 3 of them have big game kills on them. If you want to get set up right for hunting and have outstanding equipment then go to WEST HOUSTON ARCHERY.

Recently I went to West Houston Archery to order a bow for my son. I was told that I would be in no later than Friday. My son was very excited and wanted me to call on Thursday, so I called. I talked to Glenn......big mistake. I don't know what is the matter with this guy but he basically told me to sit down, shut up, and if your boy is lucky he might get a bow. I've never encountered an attitude quite like his in a retail establishment. When I questioned him about his attitude, he suggested that I come up there and we could fight about it. These people are nuts. I will never go to this establishment again. So, if you are thinking about it......DON'T GO. Apparently it seems your life might depend on it.

3 weeks ago i spent over $500.00

including a dozen carbon express

maxima hunter arrows , they were to

be cut at 28.5'' no problem good job.

the next week i went back in for

another dozen arrows to becut the

same and they were cut at 27.25''.

i didn't notice it until i got home

assuming it was all good.when i

returned the owner took no

respondsability.i told him i would not

come back and that i was a unhappy

customer hoping he could do well

with his business.

he followed out of his store and threatened

to assault me over a dozen arrows. very poor businessman.....would not recommend his shop to anyone.
