Clean, private and my personal trainer is the best!!

I cannot say enough good things about my trainer, Manuela. Because of her, I've lost 20 inches in 3 months, with my waist going from 40 inches to 33 and 3/4 inches! I've gone from a size 14 to a 10 and am so thankful for the expertise and dedication Manuela has. She is "sculpting" me to be fit. and she encourages and motivates me in everything healthy, from my food choices to "thinking success." I highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to feel and look better, and who wants to get healthier and stronger. At 56 years of age, I will tell you not to procrastinate when it comes to your health and fitness! I'm thrilled with my results so far and am looking forward to all that is ahead! Eva Williamson
