Went into this office for a name change on my security card. After researching the requirements, I brought in my proofs of identification; birth certificate, s. s. card, insurance card, drivers license plus marriage certificate. I waited in line for 2 hrs & 45 min., only to be told that I didn't have enough proof of identification. We home & called the main office & explained what happened & they said my proof of identification was sufficient & that my request should have been granted. They apologized for this office & said that they did not know why this office turned me away. I don't even want to give this office a rating, because they sent me away even though I had appropriate documentation

I was nervous when I arrived about 8:20 am and the line was around the building. I needed a replacement card and believe it or not, I walked out of there with a letter and everything I needed at 9:11 am. The.Same.Day. Amazing people. The trick is that they come out about quarter to nine and divide people into groups by what you are coming in for. I was amazed. Everyone was nice and very helpful. So, don't be dismayed when you see the long line.
