      I recently got a dog and since...

      I recently got a dog and since I've never owned a dog before I don't know what the grooming process entails. When I called to ask the price and what all is done to my dog the lady that answered was very rude and impatient. If I'm being treated like this just for asking then I sure don't want to take my dog there.
