We offer traditional Ju-Jitsu training to adults and teens, and offer a Ju-Jitsu program that has been specifically designed and developed for children called Lil Dragons. In addition to our Ju-Jitsu training program, we offer an outstanding Cardio Fitboxing physical fitness program for men and women. Private training sessions are also available. Our commitment to our community includes a specially designed collegiate program for The University of St. Thomas and tutoring assistance for our younger students. We encourage our students to participate in our annual Kickathon fund raiser for benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, semi-annual food drives and other community related events. In addition to our regular programs, we offer semi-annual women’s self-defense classes.
