Overall excellent service and customer relations. During our first round of IVF here, my wife attempted to contact the emergency line regarding a fever during the embryo post-transfer time. no one answered the phone throughout the night and we contacted the facility again in the morning. Despite the loss of confidence in the staff managing the night service, we still remained with Dr. Hickman because we are confident in his expertise. So we cannot give a perfect rating, but definitely very high marks.

We were referred to Dr. Hickman from multiple friends and colleagues. We had a previous failed IVF experience with another doctor. After explaining our concerns with Dr. Hickman, he was very confident in his plan to get us pregnant. From day 1 we were treated amazingly. The staff greeted me by name, and I formed wonderful relationships with his team. I looked forward to visits because of how positive and uplifting his group was. I met with two other doctors on his team during my stimulation and everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone seeking fertility assistance to start with Houston IVF. We are currently 8 weeks pregnant with a healthy growing baby!

Dr. Hickman never rushed me through my (million) questions and genuinely listened to all of my concerns. NP Megan is one of the most caring and kind clinicians I have ever worked with. She is truly amazing at what she does! I am so very thankful to this practice for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents.
