What are these negative reviews about?!?! My baby just came home from the time of her life! Going to Tiffanys was like doggie paradise!! They are kind. They are compassionate. The grounds are well kept. No one is in their own feces or urine -- are you kidding me!?!?! Lilly and Molly had a blast. We will go again. They loved it.

I have been taking my pets to Tiffany Kennels for over 25 years and cannot think of boarding my children anywhere else. I moved to Galveston over 13 years ago, and I still drive them to Tiffany Kennels. I also have several friends here on the island who drive their babies to Tiffany as well. My children are always extremely excited about boarding there and when I pick them up, they are always are clean, rested and I can tell they have been well taken care of. I can just picture my Alex and Gracie lounging around the kennel as if it were a Five Diamond Luxury Resort and being taken care of as if it were. I wouldn't take my children anywhere but Tiffany Kennels. You know the old saying, There's Nothing Like Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Our Dachshund loves going to Tiffany's...she's going tomorrow for Spring Break. It is so nice to know she is being well taken care of when we are away.

I took my dog to Tiffany Kennels for the first time ,she's never been in a kennel before and when I picked her up she was so happy, I could see that she had a good time. The staff was great, which is very important. The place was clean and my dog didn't hestitate to stay, so I know that she felt comfortable. I would take her back there anytime, the place is great.

I was skeptical about boarding my 2 year old poodle because she had never been boarded, but once I took a view of the facility and met the friendly staff, they made me feel very comfortable about leaving her with them. Once I picked her up she didn't want to leave! I guess we found her second home!

We have been customers of Tiffany's for 12 years. The experience & compassion they have allows us to leave our furry kids knowing they are happy and well cared for. We used to show our Scotties but now have their groomers take care of their grooming for us. What a relief it was to find PROFESSIONALS who understand the actual breeds & what their specific confirmation requirements are, rather than having all dogs leave their kennel with a poodle or schnauzer cut. I must have recommended Tiffany's to over 20 of my friends over the years for both boarding & grooming services & we all agree we'd never go anywhere else.

I recently returned from an extended stay in Europe. Patches and Sammy (my 2 dogs (children to me) never looked so good. They didn't want to leave the kennel and kept pulling me back towards the door to go back in. They were happy, healthy and beautifully groomed. I have friends who recommended Tiffany's who have been going there with their dogs for over 10 years. I thought they were exaggerating about the service and care their dogs had been receiving. I now find myself doing the same thing. Each person who was responsible for their care introduced themselves to me personally. My vet has since told me that they wouldn't take their dogs anywhere else.

Do not take your animals to Tiffany Kennels! They only take the dogs out twice and the dogs sit in their own urine and feces! There is no 24 hour supervision; the people up front will say anything to get you to board. There are missing tiles and mold growing on the floors; the place is severely run down! I have no idea why OSHA or the USDA haven't shut this place down, but they need to! Animals do not deserve to be in that type of environment under any circumstances!

The owners dont even go in the kennel. There is no 24 hour supervision. The groomers are not even licensed. The dogs only get taken out twice not three times. A lady goes in at night and checks the animals and then leaves. The animals sit in their own urine. it is very disgusting. The people in the front will say anything you want to hear to get your money. This place is so out of shape tiles are missing from the floor and it stinks. It is very nasty inside, they only fix things when it breaks. i Have no idea why OSHA or the USDA has not shut this place down. I ADVISE PEOPLE TO NOT BRING THEIR ANIMALS TO THIS PLACE.

My husband and I have 2 Westies which we were told to take to Tiffany's if we wanted them to be groomed as they should. That was 10 months ago and we can't believe the difference & how consistently wonderful they look. Before we just had them shaved at a grooming parlor, but Tiffany's obviously truly understands this breed, because the difference in their appearance and the quality of their coats is amazing. Not only do they look beautiful, but they actually seem to look forward to going. Also, we just returned from a 3 week vacation and picked up Maggie and Bruce from their 1st stay at Tiffany's. We boarded them elsewhere a year ago and were horrified when we picked them up. What a difference this time. They were happy, healthy and looked wonderful. I've learned that most of their staff have been there for many years and the caring and experience they exhibit speaks volumes. This has now become Maggie and Bruces 2nd home.

I can't say enough about Tiffany Kennels and the all around service and caring they have provided my dogs over the past 15 years. We recently lost our oldest-- a 16 year old Standard Poodle named Lucie. We are certain that she would not have made it these past 3 years if we had left her at any other boarding facility. Towards the end she required exceptional care and attention and the experienced staff was able to provide that and more. My work requires I travel frequently and at times for many weeks. I would not have been able to leave in good conscience if I didn't know that my dogs were taken care of to the level I feel they deserve and need. My kids are an extension of the Tiffany Family and that's just the way it is. I'm about to get a new puppy and I'm looking forward to introducing her to her older sisters as well as Tiffany's.

We moved from Ca. 10 mos. ago with our 2 dogs and 1 cat. We travel often and needed to find a boarding facility that we would be comfortable leaving our "kids" in. After touring a number of kennels our vet advised us to see Tiffany's. Apparently they have been in business for almost 40 years and have an outstanding reputation for their experience and level of care. Well we couldn't be happier and either could the kids. They can't wait to get in once they realize where we're going. The love and care they show them is so reassuring for us. One of our dogs has diabetes and we are continually impressed with how well she does when she's there. She has other health issues as well, and Tiffany's is always proactive in making certain she's well taken care of. Our cat thinks she top bannana as well when she's boarding. She has her exercise time and loves laying in the sunshine in the special cattery they have. My dogs get to exercise as well, being they have a beautiful and secure place for them to romp and play. The grounds are beautiful. My westie and schnauzer are both now being groomed by them and I now realize what it means when they say specializing in terriers. What a difference. They won't overbook on the number of boarders they will accept, which reflects on how well they are cared for. Again, 2 thumbs up from someone who did their homework.

I recently moved to Houston from Ca. and after visiting a number of other kennels was delighted to discover Tiffany's. The degree of care that was shown to my 2 dogs, Rodney and Wendy, and my cat sprinkles was just extraordinary. We've boarded several times now, and when we pull into the grounds they actually can't wait to run in, where they are welcomed like family. The surroundings are beautiful too, but knowing how well they are being taken care matters the most. I am now having my dogs groomed there as well, and have never been happier with their appearance. Apparently I'm not alone. I've been in there with other customers (one has been a regular with their different generation of dogs for the past 30 years), and it's obvious they feel the same. I don't normally don't give my opinion unless asked but I know how relieved we are to have found a home away from home for our "kids" and I wanted to share it.
