Thomas Street at Quentin Mease Health Center is for patients affected by or living with HIV. Thomas Street provides multiple services under one roof to help patients get the necessary support to achieve healthy outcomes. Services include: HIV primary care, including womenâ??s, adolescent and transgender health, Addiction counseling, Hepatitis C care, HIV prevention services (PrEP/nPEP), Mental health counseling, Pharmacy, Physical therapy and wellness social services.
