      today my wife and i (06/15/2013) went to rent apt. spoke to a leasing agent named jimmy and he show us a apt and said apt was available . but when we gave him the deposit and credit ck fee we were told the apt was already rented.the checks signedan returned.now who pays for the return cks tomy bank since he sign them DISORGANIZED
