My daughter has been attending SBTKD for 2.5 years and has really surpassed my expectations. We started with the intent of testing the waters for a new sport and it quickly became a goal of hers to achieve black belt. We'll get there eventually! She is learning self control, respect for herself and others and is enthusiastic about exercise. They've taught her that working hard to achieve her goals is imperative! Black belts don't come easy! They take time, hard work and devotion. And the instructors here give the children the tools they need to succeed. We love SBTKD for many reasons but one I'd like to also highlight is they CARE ABOUT EACH CHILD, as the individual they are. I could easily find "day care" in this big city for my girls, but finding a facility that I trust, that truly loves the children in it, would do anything for them, respects them and nourishes their mind, body and soul - well that's what sets SBTKD apart from the rest. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking child care or to anyone searching for an individual martial art/sport for their child. SBTKD is ten stars in my book!

This place is awesome! We moved our daughter to this TKD school after relocating. It was a difficult decision as she had been at the previous studio for a very long time. After a couple of weeks, we were certain we had made the correct decision. Although the kids train hard, this studio has a family feel. Everyone is gracious and polite. Her skills have improved significantly and so has her attitude and focus. Forgot to mention, they offer an after school day care program and a summer camp...BONUS!! After 2 weeks of summer camp she made it clear she wants to attend this summer camp every year.
