First off their service is very unprofessional. I paid cash for my car and expected to receive my car title within 6-8 weeks top. When I never received it, I called and they told me they would follow up with me on it. They never called me back with any kind of status regarding my title. So I kept having to call them to finally get an answer which was they couldn't locate it. But finally after 5 months they said I could come pick it up. Their service is ridiculous.
