TOTAL wast of time and money! Lost TWO days of work wasting away in court for NOTHING! Paid the firm $130 and ended up with something we could have done ourselves in the first place and saved ourselves lots of money and a TON of grief! Attorneys and office staff were rude and dismissive.

I have used Sullo & Sullo twice now. My attorney was Don Jenkins both times. It was SO easy. They called to remind you of your court date and texted you. They set everything up for you. All you have to do is show up and they will take care of it. They honestly work extremely hard to get you the best deal... Whether it is getting the ticket dismissed altogether or getting deferred. Don got BOTH tickets dismissed for me. They were within a year of eachother and for speeding. I am telling you, if you want to get a lawyer then get Sullo & Sullo. The other firms that were there representing people would show up late, and wouldn't keep their clients posted on what was going on. Don kept me in the loop about everything. They are the best!!!! I mean, 2 tickets being dismissed.... That is crazy!

I hired this firm about 8 months ago. It took forever to get the court date but I got a call from them reminding me. The day of my court, I arrived about 10 minutes early and talked to one of the attorneys. They have a lot of attorneys down at the Houston courthouse. I ended up having to go to trail but right before it started my case was dismissed!! not sure why but I was happy. Will use them again! Good work!

Please do not bother with this firm. I was pulled over for speeding a few months ago on my way from Houston to Austin and, unfortunately at the time, only had my expired insurance card in the vehicle. Thus, I was ticketed for speeding and for the failure to provide proof of proper insurance (the car was insured; we'd just forgotten to replace the old insurance card with the new one). Assuming these tickets would be fairly straightforward matters, I called Sullo & Sullo. The woman I spoke to on the phone flat-out told me that they could not represent me as (1) this was a California matter (my license is from California, but the ticket was in Harris County, Texas on a car with Texas plates) and (2) there was nothing any Texas attorney could do; I needed to engage a California attorney and, no matter what, I'd have to physically appear in court in Harris County and, if I didn't show up and I'd get "five strikes" against my license in California (in California, you get "six strikes" before you're subject to certain penalties and potential suspension). She also noted that if I didn't show up in court, I would have a warrant out for my arrest.



Needless to say, this information was 100% inaccurate. On Sullo's advice, I called a California attorney who, within 5 minutes of my giving background, voiced shock that I was given advice to call a California attorney and stated that this was absolutely a Texas matter. Then, upon calling another Houston-area attorney, I was immediately informed that my tickets were not a big deal at all and was provided very helpful information (free of charge, without engagement) which has helped me properly address the tickets. I was able to send a copy of my current insurance to the court and do defensive driving -- all charges taken care of (yay).



I have family and good friends that are lawyers; Sullo & Sullo truly give lawyers a bad name. I just find it striking that a firm could deal out such inaccurate (and, I admit - panic-inducing) information without even a second thought. My situation was something that should have been identified as a non-issue by any competent attorney. If this is how they treat potential clients, I shudder to think how Sullo & Sullo treats actual clients who have already paid their dime.



I recommend seeking effective counsel elsewhere.

I've used this firm in the past and just contacted them today on another legal issue. Surprisingly, they helped me resolve my problem without charging me an arm and a leg. The staff is easy to talk to. I've also used them in the past for traffic related matters.

If your thinking of using them for a traffic ticket DON'T it will be a complete waste of money. If I could give no stars I would, I paid them for a service and they did nothing. I had an insurance & speeding ticket the officer had the wrong details on my ticket and I thought for sure an attorney would get this dismissed. On my 1st visit to court they didn't try for a dismissal w/the judge he set me up for a trial by jury because he says the odds are better. My 2nd court date I have a different attorney who before greeting me insulted me by starting his 1st ever convo with me saying I almost had a warrent which was the 1st I had EVER heard of such a thing. He was talking of my very 1st court date which I reset by callin sullo & sullo well in advance. So I think i'm going to trial well not after speaking with him. He said I would lose and have to pay up to 300 dollars plus it would hit my record that day. So then offered to show them my insurance and do deferred disposition which are things I could have done on my own the 1st time. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
