Awesome and Honest! I had another auto shop tell me I had to get over 300$ in repairs done in order to get my check engine light off. I came to Steve's , where they ran a complete diagnostic check free of charge and it was simply due for an oil change. Furthermore, once I was there they gave me a free ride to and from work even though I was a fair distance away. Overall, the service was awesome and above all they were straight up and honest with me. Later i brought my girlfriends truck in, and they were able to explain everything in understandable terms and helped me get her truck fixed at a reasonable rate, and less than the 2 other places where i got estimates. I would highly recommend Steve's Auto for anyone that values honesty and customer service.

Just wanted to note, not less than a week after I got my annual state inspection here. Steve's Automotive sent a personalized Thank You card with a discount card on future services. A+ Customer Service!!!!!!

These guys were pretty good. Just dropped by to see about getting my A/C serviced. Took less than a hour and cost less than they quoted me. Comfortable and clean place to waiting area too.

My car is a luxury import and most mechanics don't work on them and if they do they charge an arm and a leg for it. Steve's is much more reasonable. Even though the part my car required last was 90% of my bill and a great deal of money, I wasn't price-gouged. The factory part was just as much online and many other mechanics were going to charge me much more for it. As for the labor, the guys at Steve's are always pretty quick, I haven't had any problems with their work, and honestly they could charge much more for what they do like the other guys around town. I love taking my car the Steve's , they take care of my car really well and get me out quickly.

I went to Steve's for an auto inspection. Everyone was nice and the service was done promptly. They even replaced the sticker for me which is not standard everywhere else.

Steve's is so convenient - and they're friendly and fast. I've had them do everything from oil changes and state inspections to tire patches and alignments. They worked on my previous domestic economy vehicle to my current, import luxury vehicle. They are affordable and I trust them. Being a female, I've had other repair people try to upsell me on services and products that I probably didn't need - Steve's has never done that to me. I completely recommend Steve's Automotive!!

OUTSTANDING service! Another auto shop said that I would have to spend $900 on my ignition replacement and said I had a ton of other repairs that needed to be done. I took it to steve's for a 2nd opinion. He not only did it way cheaper, but said that three of the other 5 repairs were not real. I will always come back to Steve's Auto Repair. It's hard to find a reputable shop. I'm glad I found them.

I have taken my car to Steve's for years and have gotten nothing but great service. Many times, I see that I need an oil change or an inspection and I pull in and they get it done. If they are busy, they'll tell me approximately how long the wait will be. Yeah, they may be a little pricey but comeon, they're a mechanic. This is your car. It's worth it to invest money in your car to make sure that it is running for a long time. I used to bring my car somewhere else and spent thousands of dollars thinking I was getting it fixed and it ended up in worse shape than it was in before. I like the peace of mind that I get when I leave Steve's and that's why I will continue to bring my car here.

This is a very convenient shop to access in the Galleria area for oil changes, brake checks, inspections, and all sorts of other necessary engine work. Steve and Hector are both very helpful, honest, and friendly. I've never had any trouble getting my car looked at in a timely manner. It's usually an in-and-out sort of experience.

I am new in town and i am visiting a sister that just got a job in houston, my car was acting funny it was skipping, timing was off a little so i braught it to steve automotive since he is close to her house.



The staff was freindly and they told me they will call me with diagnosis, one hour and a half the service advisor called me and told me that the timming belt need replacement. so i ask for price he gave me a real good one since you go to dealer and they charge you for check up and the work. but here they just charged me for what it was.



i picked up my car about 6.30 i saw the owner steve and i met him.

well they solved my problem. and i will be back.
