This parking facility is primarily used for monthly Contract Parking for the building customers of 9 & 11 Greenway Plaza. This location also has covered Visitor Parking areas mainly used by these same Greenway Plaza buildings. Greenway Plaza’s on- site amenities include fine dining, a recently renovated underground food court (The HUB) with over 16 options, multiple fitness facilities, three full service banking centers, and conferencing facilities. Also included around the property EV Charging Stations, daily Food Truck service, four different Zagster bike sharing locations, Gas Mob (a mobile gas station), Car Butler (premium car wash and detailing), and several other amenities which makes for a great work/play environment.
