It's a good thing I chose Southland Homes of Texas to renovate my home, because they did a fantastic job! I was talking to my friend about redoing the bathrooms, the patio, and the dining room when he told me to call Colin Shelton. Colin is the owner of Southland Homes, and he explained everything--from why things cost as much as they did, how long it would take, and the kind of materials that would be optimal for what I wanted. I was very concerned about how long the work would take, because even though I didn't want it to take forever, I didn't want a rush job either. I'm happy to say that I was nervous over nothing. My bathrooms look like they are brand new, and the dining room and patio has that classic yet unique look that my wife loves. While Colin's work wasn't cheap, it wasn't insanely expensive either. His fees were fair and the workmanship was beyond compare. I can see why they are the most reputable custom home builder in Houston.
