Be very careful when ordering items from their online store, if they don't give any information on the number of items and packaging, call. I assumed I was getting a certain number of traps from the picture shown and I assumed wrong. I paid about 300% more than other sites. Pretty much my fault, but the sale information of the particular item was deceiving. I will not purchase from them again. I had to give two stars because, while prices are not competitive, the information on the site is arguably invaluable. I guess I paid for the information I got from their site. Live and learn.
