The two employees working this day coul not read a coupon. First guy told me my coupon was expired, which it wasn't. Second guy didn't know what the word complimentary meant. I should have received a free menu item when a second menu item of equal or lesser amount was purchased. It was up to $3. Which means as long as I spend at least $3, I get a complimentary menu item. I was not in the mood to argue, but left in unpleased. In the future I can either not use coupons or never go back to that location.
