One of the co-owners and managing party, Darryl Malloy is the worst landlord EVER! Right now he has over TEN City of Houston violation notices on the front door of the property where I previously resided due to the horrible disentigrating condition of the property. He is hardly EVER makes repairs,...one tenat was without A/C and heating for OVER 18mos!!! The teneat had to go out and purchase his own window unit and was NOT reimbursed. The structural condition of two buildings are compromised and the roof and floors are falling down(upper units) I loved the location across from Hermann Park and and my unit was actually one of the better ones, but there were repairs that Mr. Malloy refused to make especially after Hurricane Ike did roof damage and windows were falling out of the casings so I had to make temporary repairs at MY expense. I toughed it out over 7 years delaing with his rudeness and lack of concern. The final breaking point was I had to contract a company to have electrical wiring repairs and done at my expense and was told there were unsfae and hazardous breaker issues. When I brought this to Mr. Malloy's attention, he got angry, went into my garage area and threw down boxedx items striking my car and breaking my windsheild! His excuse was that he felt I was feeding feral cats!! He then promptly served me with eviction notice!!! And he refuses to pay for my windsheild and refuses to reimburse my deposit even after I cleaned property and had carpets cleaned and took pictures to show before and after. He said I caused damage "NOTE" he rented out apartment without doing ANYTHING more to it!! so where was the damage??? HE IS A SLUM LORD AS EVIDENCED BY THE VIOLATION NOTICES POSTED ON HIS DOOR!!!
