If it were possible, I would give a negative number instead of a one star. My daughter was unable to get her vehicle started after it was towed to the storage lot. Her car is less than a year old and have nor have ever had any mechanical issued. 'Carlos' refused to allow my other daughter into the storage lot to assist nor would he or his staff assist her. I called and 'Carlos' was extremely rude to me and said, 'she will just have to keep trying it on her own until she gets it started'! He was aware that she had been in the lot for nearly two hours trying to get the steering wheel unlocked so that she and her vehicle could be removed from the lot. She was at the lot until she finally had to call the police department to get assistance. I recorded the conversation between he and I and am attempting to reach the owner to discuss.

Let me start by saying these people are rude and disrespectful and I wouldn't recommend anyone to them!!! They are there to rob people especially if you don't know what to do!!!

Terrible and rude customer service

If i could put negatives i would the lady in the front will lie to your face just to make you lose time and them get paid more they are rude and horrible at their jobs messing thigs up telling you they dont have your car when they do just so you cont get it fast

this company is horrible! the way they treat you is like a criminal. the customer service is zero. two hours of waiting for someone to get there and help all the people waiting. they're has to be at least 3-5 people before they come. the rates are way high! from 3:45 pm to 7:00 pm, they charged $225.80 dollars! the guy didn't have any professional skills to attend anybody. when it was my turn, he didn't even say to hold on, but instead left for 30 minutes, to go outside and help another upset customer. he came back later to attend me, but took his sweet time. it was a scary experience, because he had his gangster self inside with 2 others. this place is not a business! another customer was so upset, because the front of her car was messed which wasn't like that when they took it. the towing company does not take any responsibility, for any damages, as they bring it to the pound, knowing they make the damages. it's sad to see this type of abuse from this company! negative 5 stars!

Towed from my complex, with a permit posted clearly on my car, and the number rings a cellphone. Girl on the other end initially said she would be in at 7:30. At 7:45, after not hearing back, I called again and she told me "Guess what? I have a flat and I don't know when I'll be there.". No one else is available to man the office. Will be filing a complaint with the county.

Worst customer service. They are rude, don't answer or return calls! They also wrongfully towed my vehicle! The person at the front is also the manager and while I was in line instead of assisting her customer she was chit chatting with her co worker and made me wait 15 minutes in till she was done with her conversation that was unrealated to work! When confronted she screamed at me and threaten to let her gaurd dog's attack me. Wtf. Smh!

WORST COMPANY EVER! First they decided to randomly tow my car without a valid reason. Then they would never pick up my call. When they did, they agreed to their mistake and will refund my money. 3 weeks had passed. So I went to court, they sent me a check that bounced. I'm having to go through all this just because of their mistake. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH THEM EVER!

The number they give is a cellphone & the person doesn't call you back & when they do pick up they say call back in a hour; the other number they give doesn't work either it rings but it turns out to be a fax. Bad customer service
