Was helpful in the beginning, but then when I was not happy with her services she was very unprofessional, vulgar and said some derogatory things.

I would simply like to respond to the last review where she called me a racist for your information my husband is African American and I'm Italian my kids are Hispanic my daughter in laws is African American and my grandchildren are all interracial.I am not a racist I simply did not like you. That's why I run my own business so I don't have to deal with people that I don't like. I am definitely not everybody's cup of tea but most of my business is word of mouth. I am tired of people trying to take advantage when they live in their big mansions and want to pay people $3 an hour to take care of their kids and make them work 14 and 16 hours a day that's slave labor and I'm not signing on for that anymore. Call me whatever you want. What I am it's an American. I believe in American values and fair wages. I'm far from perfect but I am definitely a woman of my word. I run this business by myself and yes over the years there have been times I have gone through things and haven't given the best service due to circumstances in my life but to those people I have given a full refund. As for me threatening somebody well that part just didn't even make sense!

I found this business on Angie's List and there were some mixed reviews but most of the negative were people didn't actually use the service. I signed on with her on Friday and was interviewing by Sunday. She even worked through the holiday weekend to find me someone by the start of the week because I was in a jam. She was a lifesaver for me and I highly recommend this service in Houston!

Even though she claims to be nationwide, she has a limited understanding of markets on the East coast, in our case accepting to find us a nanny at a particular rate and then after the $100 was paid and declared non-refundable, failing to come up with qualified candidates and declaring that no one of quality would work for that kind of rate in our area, and often sending us candidates from another state who lived over 100 miles away and were non-starters. I think Angie's List has stopped listing her in the Philadelphia area, so luckily future desperate parents here won't be conned out of $100.

It was affordable and she found me someone I absolutely loved in less than a week. I was impressed by the reviews on Angie's list and have come to see that it was all true. I highly recommend this service for any family seeking a caregiver for children or elderly.

I was so impressed by the service I received from Angela. She is down to earth, personable and easy to talk to. She understood my needs and was so quick to act. I had no problem finding a nanny right away but the best thing about it was the first nanny turned out to be less experienced than she let on. Angela got on it right away and replaced her at no extra cost. She is honest and real. I would recommend her to all my friends.
